Borough of Duncannon, PA Chapter 52 RECREATION BOARD

§ 52-1 Creation; composition; powers and duties.

A Recreation Board is hereby created in and for the said Borough of Duncannon, which shall be composed of not more than seven persons and which shall have all the powers and be subject to all the responsibilities of operating a recreational program within the Borough and maintaining Borough recreational places, in accordance with the provisions of the Borough Code and its supplements and amendments.
