Duly certified copies of the zoning, subdivision and other land
use chapters and of the Zoning Map, together with copies of all amendments
thereto, shall be filed in the office of the Township Clerk and in
the office of the Construction Code Official and shall be open to
public inspection.
The provisions of Part 3, Zoning, including, without limitation,
the provisions thereof relating to nonconforming uses and nonconforming
structures, shall be construed as a continuation of the substantive
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township adopted on June
19, 1972, and the amendments and supplements thereto in effect on
August 1, 1990, rather than as new enactments.
