NUDITY
The showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, the showing of a female breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple, or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, but it shall not apply to exposure reasonably incidental to the breast feeding of infants.
PUBLIC PLACE
A place to which the public or a substantial group of persons has access, and includes, but is not limited to, highways, transportation facilities, schools, places of amusement, parks, playgrounds, and hallways, lobbies and other portions of apartment houses, hotels and motels not constituting rooms or apartments designed for actual residence and nightclubs, bars, restaurants and similar establishments regardless of whether or not alcoholic beverages are served or whether the establishment might be considered a private club.

A person who knowingly or intentionally, in a public place, performs the following acts, or who knowingly conducts, maintains, owns, manages, operates or furnishes any public premises or place where a person appears and performs the following acts:
(1) 
Engages in sexual intercourse;
(2) 
Engages in deviate sexual conduct;
(3) 
Appears in a state of nudity; or
(4) 
Fondles the genitals of himself, herself or another person; commits public indecency.

A person who, in a place other than a public place, with the intent to be seen by persons other than invitees and occupants of that place:
(1) 
Engages in sexual intercourse;
(2) 
Engages in deviate sexual conduct;
(3) 
Fondles the genitals of himself, herself or another person; where he or she can be seen by persons other than invitees and occupants of that place commits indecent exposure.
