Editor's Note: Local Law No. 1, 1994, adopted June 22, 1994, provided for the following: "Pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 602 of the Laws of 1993, as signed into law by Governor Mario Cuomo on August 4, 1993, the City of Utica hereby acts by local law, not subject to referendum, to provide that the collection of property taxes shall continue to be enforced pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter of the City of Utica, as may from time to time be amended."
