A. The Township Police Department shall utilize the services of the
Visual Average Speed Computer and Recorder (VASCAR) as one of the
machines for the enforcement of motor vehicle speeds and a traffic
safety regulator.
B. The Chief of Police shall prepare written regulations relating to
the operation of such machine which shall have the effect of law.

Excessive Speed Preventor (ESP) as one of the machines for the enforcement
of motor vehicle speeds and a traffic safety regulator.

Device (ENRADD) as one of the machines for the enforcement of motor
vehicle speeds and a traffic safety regulator.
C. The Chief
of Police shall prepare written regulations relating to the operation
of such machines, which shall have the effect of law.
