The following rules and regulations shall be observed in the operation of a pedalcycle on the streets and public places of the Borough:
A. 
Before turning or changing the direction of a pedalcycle upon a street, highway, parkway or public place, the operator thereof shall give a signal, by the extension of his or her hand, to indicate the direction in which he or she intends to proceed.
B. 
No person operating a pedalcycle shall engage in fancy or trick riding upon a street, highway, parkway or public place.
