§ 325-35 Littering; dumping trash; depositing mud. A. No person shall throw litter or dump trash from a vehicle on any street, highway or private property in the Borough.B. No operator of a vehicle shall deposit mud or debris from the wheels of such vehicle on a street or highway in the Borough.
