Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-98, the streets described in Schedule XIII attached to and made a part of this chapter (see §
307-63) are controlled by speed limits as indicated. Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation. Additions to the schedule shall take effect only upon approval of the Department of Transportation.
No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (STOP) indication at any locations listed in Schedule XV (see §
307-65) whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal.
It shall be the duty of the police department to enforce the
provisions of this chapter.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided within this Code, including §
307-69, or by New Jersey statute, a person convicted of a violation of this chapter or any supplement hereto shall be liable for a penalty of not more than $100 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
The locations described in Schedule XVI attached to and made a part of this chapter (see §
307-66) are hereby designated as bus stops.

All crosswalk markings and signage shall be installed in accordance
with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and
Highways. Crosswalks are established at the following locations:
A. Trinity
Street, mid-block crosswalk, 150 feet west of the intersection of
Stuart Street.
