Editor's Note: This article was originally adopted in 1960
and 1970 by Ord. No. 26 (Ch. 5.16 of the 1983 Municipal Code) and
was relocated in this Zoning Chapter at the Town's request. Former
Ch. 5.16 was amended 1976 by Ord. No. 47; 1983 by Ord. No. 123; and
1993 by Ord. No. 233.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any vehicle used, or so constructed as to permit its being
used, as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and duly
licensable as such, and constructed in such manner as will permit
occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more
persons.
A plot of ground within a trailer court designated for the
accommodation of one trailer coach.
An area upon which are designated six or more trailer coach
spaces for public rental.

All existing trailer courts as of the effective date
of the ordinance codified in this article not having the permit set
forth in this article are given until 60 days from the final passage
of the ordinance codified in this article to comply with this article.

All existing trailer courts as of the effective date
of the ordinance codified in this article operating under a temporary
permit issued by the State Health Office of Wyoming shall only receive
a temporary trailer court permit.
