Located at 347-351 Bridge Street. The municipally owned parking lot is hereby declared to be for the use of employees and persons conducting business at 347 Bridge Street and for municipal officers and employees and persons on municipal business at 351 Bridge Street only, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. It shall be unlawful for any other person to park in this lot between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. The lot is open to the general public from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. In no case shall there be overnight parking.

Located at Civic Center on Hall Street between Main Street and Jackson Street. The municipally owned parking lot with entrance off of Hall Street is hereby declared to be for the use of municipal employees and patrons of the Civic Center only, during the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. on Monday through Sunday. It shall be unlawful for any other person to park in this lot between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Monday through Sunday.

All vehicles parked in the municipally owned parking lot with entrance at 347-351 Bridge Street shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding or marking an individual parking space, and it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle elsewhere than in such a space, such prohibited areas including, but not limited to, the access driveways and turning spaces.

Any person violating any provision of this Part shall, for each and every such violation and upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $20 plus costs.

It shall be the duty of the police officers and parking enforcement officers of the Borough of Phoenixville to enforce all violations of any provision of this Part, indicating in each issued ticket or notice of violation:
A. 
The date and hour of the violation.
B. 
The state license number of the vehicle.
C. 
Any other facts, the knowledge of which is necessary for a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
