[Adopted 2-9-2006 as Sec. 1-15 of the 2006 Code of the Borough of High Bridge]
A.
Upon conviction for violation of any provision of this Code or other
ordinance of the Borough of High Bridge, the maximum penalty shall
be one or more of the following: a fine not to exceed $2,000, imprisonment
in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, and/or a period
of community service not to exceed 90 days.

B.
Each and every day upon which a violation of any provision of this
Code or other ordinance exists shall constitute a separate violation.
