All parking areas adjacent to or used in conjunction with the
beaches, parks, playing fields, playgrounds or public grounds under
the supervision and management of the Board of Parks and Recreation
shall be set out and clearly marked and designated as such by appropriate
signs.
No person shall kindle or attempt to kindle a fire or cook food
in said parking areas unless prior written consent of the Department
of Parks and Recreation is first obtained.
No person shall dress or undress in the parking areas or in
any vehicle located in said parking areas.
Disorderly conduct and obscene or indecent language or behavior
in any parking area is prohibited.
The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in any
parking area is prohibited.
Use of parking areas for the purpose of teaching a person to
drive, demonstrating a motor vehicle or cleaning or repairing a motor
vehicle shall be prohibited, except in an emergency. No person shall
cause or permit a vehicle in tow of another vehicle to enter or proceed
in the parking areas, except that, in case of a breakdown, a disabled
vehicle may be towed to the nearest exit.
