Restaurant licenses may be issued for museums under the provisions of W.S.A., § 125.51(4)(m).

(a) 
Museum area. Use of the museum area shall be as follows:
(1) 
The area shall be determined on a total square footage of floor space three times that of the defined restaurant area.
(2) 
Museum area shall not include any areas defined in the total square footage of the restaurant area.
(3) 
Museum area shall be a place for the exhibition of objects of interest from history, the arts or science. Such museum exhibits shall constitute a majority of the items placed in each room or area and shall be of a permanent nature.
(4) 
No displayed items in the museum area shall be for sale or display a price tag.
(5) 
No museum area shall include multipurpose rooms other than open sitting areas.
(6) 
All museum areas shall be open to the public during all hours of operation of the intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverage license.
(7) 
All museum areas shall be open to the public at all times the restaurant is open.
(8) 
No food shall be served at any time in any area defined as museum area.
(9) 
A reasonable fee may be charged for admission to the museum, but such admission fee may not be in excess of the usual and customary museum admission fees charged within the state.
(b) 
Restaurant area. The use of the restaurant area of the museum shall be as follows:
(1) 
Area shall be computed on a total square footage of floor space, including the following:
a. 
Dining room.
b. 
Kitchen and food preparation areas.
c. 
Pantry and/or storage.
d. 
Restrooms.
e. 
Service station areas.
f. 
Hallways, corridors necessary for restaurant service or business.
g. 
Any area where food is served or prepared in any manner.
(2) 
The restaurant shall be open for the service of regular meals, excluding snacks, during all hours of operation of the intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverage license.

A license applicant shall provide the License and Judicial Committee with a detailed floor plan of the applicant's building clearly delineating in two colors all areas of the restaurant and all areas of the museum, respectively.

An applicant must provide ample and sufficient documentation to the License and Judicial Committee in proof that the applicant's building was built during the first eight years of statehood or earlier.

All other statutes, ordinances or codes enacted by the state or the City shall be applicable to this license, license holder and licensed premises.

All licenses issued under this division are transferable under W.S.A., § 125.04(12), provided that all conditions and criteria of W.S.A., § 125.51(4)(m) are met.

This license shall be issued only in the name of the owner of the museum and restaurant described in the license.

Any violation of this division shall be deemed grounds for revocation of this license.
