There is created and established a municipal court under the
provisions of W.S.A. ch. 755 to be designated as the "Municipal Court
for the City of Lake Geneva."

The municipal judge of the municipal court shall have jurisdiction
as provided under W.S.A. §§ 755.045, 755.05 and as
otherwise provided state law.

The term of office for municipal judge shall be two years. The
term shall commence on May 1 of the year of the judge's election.

The municipal court shall be in session as provided under W.S.A.
§ 755.06.
