It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, body or bodies or corporations, their engineers, agents or servants to obstruct or prevent the free and uninterrupted use by the public of the intersections, caused by the crossing of any street or thoroughfare by any railroad or track within the limits of the Borough of Westville, for a longer period than five minutes at any one time.

Every person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, or who fails to comply therewith, shall severally, for each and every violation or noncompliance, be subject to the penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, § 1-15, General penalty. Each day a violation exists under this chapter shall constitute a separate offense under this chapter.
