There shall be a Municipal Engineer appointed by the Township
of Quinton, whose term shall be one year.
There shall be no salary paid to the Municipal Engineer, but
he shall be paid for services actually rendered to the Township at
the prevailing rates for said services or at a fixed fee pursuant
to a special agreement made for a particular project, but in no case
shall said fee be based on a percentage of the cost of said project.
