No person shall drill a well and/or maintain a well for purposes of obtaining potable water within an area of the Town of Orleans, shown on a plan on file with the Town Clerk's office, entitled: Town of Orleans, Massachusetts, Septage Treatment Facility Class III Groundwater Area, Scale 1" - 100', December 12, 1985, LEA Engineers, Boston Mass.

This Regulation shall expire if the Town of Orleans does not commence construction of a Septage Treatment Facility within the restricted area on or before October, 1987. This Regulation is adopted under the provisions of Chapter 111, Section 31, of the Massachusetts General Laws.
This Amendment shall take effect on March 16, 1987.
