Township of White, NJ Article IV Deputy Chief Financial Officer

§ 44-21 Position established.

There is hereby established the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

§ 44-22 Duties.

The Deputy Chief Financial Officer shall have all of the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer, but shall work under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and the Township Committee, where appropriate.

§ 44-23 Compensation. [1]

The Deputy Chief Financial Officer shall be compensated pursuant to the Annual Salary Ordinance.[2]

§ 44-24 Term of office. [1]

The term of office of the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer shall be one year.

§ 44-25 Confirmation of positions.

Any appointments heretofore made by the Township Committee to the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer are hereby readopted as though set forth herein at length.
