A. 
The "Drug-Free Zone Map," revised through February 2005, by Richard Kosenski, Borough Engineer, is hereby replaced by the "Drug-Free Zone Map, Borough of Red Bank," dated December 3, 2009, and signed by Richard A. Moralle, P.E., P.L.S.
B. 
The December 3, 2009 map is further approved and adopted as an official finding and record of the Borough of Red Bank as to the location of areas within the Borough of properties which are used for school purposes and which are owned by or leased to any elementary school or school board and of the areas on or within 1,000 feet of such school property, as well as the location of public housing facilities, public parks and public buildings and of the areas on or within 500 feet of such housing, park or publicly owned properties.
The Borough Clerk is hereby directed to receive and to keep on file the original of this Drug-Free Zone Map approved and adopted pursuant to this chapter and to forward a copy of this chapter and Map to the Chief of Police and to the Administrator of the Municipal Court.
A. 
The municipal school board, the charter school board and the chief administrative officer, in the case of any private or parochial school, is hereby requested and shall have the continuing obligation to promptly notify the Borough Clerk of any changes or contemplated changes in the location and boundaries of any property owned by or leased to any elementary or secondary school or school board and which is used for school purposes.
B. 
The Borough Administrator is hereby directed and shall have the continuing obligation to promptly notify the Borough Clerk of any changes or contemplated changes in the location and boundaries of any public housing facility, public park or public building (as defined in N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1 as it may be amended or supplemented).
