Saratoga County, NY Article V Voluntary Recycling of Magazines

§ 277-20 Program established.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Saratoga hereby establishes a voluntary program for the recycling of magazines by the residents of our County.

§ 277-21 Authority of Commissioner of Public Works.

The Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to undertake any steps necessary to implement and encourage this voluntary program, including the purchase of additional containers for use at the County's five recycling centers.
