A. 
Fee for birth, marriage or death certificate. The fee for a certified copy of a birth, marriage or death certificate shall be $15.
B. 
Birth correction form fee. The fee for preparing and/or processing each birth correction form: REG. 35, REG. 56 and REG. 60 is $15.
C. 
Fee for adding father's name. The fee for a adding the father's name as a result of paternity suit is $15.
A. 
Fee for marriage license or civil union. The fee for a marriage license shall be $3, as provided by N.J.S.A. 37:1-12, plus $25 as required by N.J.S.A. 37:1-12.1.
B. 
Correction of false information. The fee for correcting false information given on any record by the informant or on a marriage certificate by the bride and groom is $15.
Any requests for expedited searches or retrieval of any records, or vital statistics, kept or maintained by the Board of Health, including searches requested by businesses, or entities, who process or otherwise transmit requests for searches and retrieval of records on behalf of another for a fee, shall be subject to an additional charge of $9 per record produced, including certifications as to the nonexistence of any record.
