Pursuant to the authority conferred to the Town Board under
§ 512(1-a) of the New York Real Property Tax Law, the date
on which the Town of Eaton Board of Assessment Review shall meet to
hear complaints in relation to assessments shall be the first Tuesday
after the fourth Tuesday of May.
