It is the desire and intention of the municipal authorities of the Borough of Bridgeville to organize an authority under the Parking Authority Law, approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended and supplemented, for the purpose of exercising any and all of the powers conferred by said law.

The name of the proposed Authority is "Bridgeville Borough Parking Authority."

The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority are as follows:
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
To the Secretary of the Commonwealth, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
In compliance with the Parking Authority Law, approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended and supplemented, the Borough of Bridgeville, a municipal subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, duly adopted an ordinance signifying its desire and intention to form an Authority, by its proper officers, hereby certify:
A.
The name of the Authority shall be "Bridgeville Borough Parking Authority."
B.
This Authority is formed under the Parking Authority Law, approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended and supplemented.
C.
No Authority has been organized under the said Parking Authority Law, approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended and supplemented, or is in existence in or for the incorporating municipal subdivision herein named.
D.
The name of the incorporating municipal subdivision is: Borough of Bridgeville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
E.
The names and addresses of the Burgess, the President of Council, and the members of the Borough Council of the Borough of Bridgeville, such persons being the municipal authorities of said municipal subdivision, are as follows: [Here followed the names and addresses of the Burgess, Councilmen and Secretary.]
F.
The Board of the Authority to be formed hereby shall have five members.
G.
The names and addresses and terms office of such of the first members of the Board of Authority to be formed hereby are as follows: [Here followed the names, addresses and terms of office of the first members of the Board.]
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the incorporating municipality has executed these Articles of Incorporation by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized and under its municipal seal, this _____ day of _____, 19 _____.

The Articles of Incorporation of said Authority in substantially the form set forth in § 203 of this Part shall be executed on behalf of the Borough of Bridgeville under its municipal seal, attested by the Secretary of the Borough, and such officers are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do all things necessary and appropriate to effect and establish the said Authority in conformity with the Parking Authority Law, approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458, as amended and supplemented.

The adoption of this Part is deemed necessary to promote the safety and welfare and to increase the prosperity of the people of the Borough of Bridgeville.

Pursuant to the authority as contained in the "Parking Authority Law" (Act of June 5, 1947, P.L. 458 § 5, as amended, 53 P.S. § 345, the Borough Council does hereby extend the term of the Parking Authority of the Borough of Bridgeville for a period of 50 years from the date of adoption hereof.
