The officers of the Borough of Bridgeville are hereby authorized
to execute and file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
the proposed Articles of Incorporation in the form attached hereto,
thereby creating an Authority under the Municipality Authorities Act
of 1945, Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.

The name of the proposed Authority shall be "The Bridgeville
Building Authority."

The proposed Articles of Incorporation shall be in the form
presented and attached to this Part as Exhibit "A," on file in the
office of the Borough Secretary.

The powers of the Authority shall be exercised by a governing
body called the Board.

The first members of the Board and their respective terms are

No member of the Board shall receive compensation for acting
in this capacity.

The Authority created hereunder shall be organized for the purpose
of exercising any and all powers conferred by the Municipality Authorities
Act of 1945, Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. _____, as amended.

A notice of the adoption of this Part shall be published in
accordance with the statutory requirements.

The Borough officers are hereby authorized and directed to do
all other things necessary and proper to incorporate and establish
the Authority in conformity with the recited act.
