§ 301 Membership, Powers and Duties of Planning Commission.

The previously created Planning Commission of the Borough of Bridgeville is hereby reestablished and continued as presently existing and constituted. The Planning Commission shall be composed of five members, whose present and future appointments, terms, and tenures shall be as provided by law.

The Planning Commission shall continue to serve as the local Planning Agency in and for the Borough, with all those powers and duties of a local planning agency as authorized under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10101 et seq., and Borough Ordinances, to provide advice and make recommendations to Borough Council and the Manager regarding matters relating to land development, zoning, and comprehensive planning in the Borough.
