It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or agents thereof, to do, authorize, aid or abet any of the following described acts touching or affecting the Chartiers Creek Local Flood Protection Project Works:
A. 
To trespass upon, encroach upon, or disturb, within the limits of this Borough, the lands, rights-of-way or easements of the Chartiers Valley District Flood Control Authority comprising the Chartiers Creek Local Flood Protection Project Works or to trespass upon, encroach upon or disturb the walls, dikes, stone protection, channels, drains, barricades or other structures located on said lands, rights-of-way or easements.
B. 
To deposit waste material or debris of any sort; on or in said lands, rights-of-way or easements or said walls, dikes, stone protection, channels, drains, barricades or other structures located on said rights-of-way or easements; or, into the channels of Chartiers Creek or its tributaries, or on the banks of Chartiers Creek or its tributaries where such waste material or debris shall be liable to be washed into Chartiers Creek or its tributaries.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
