LESSEE — Owner for the purpose of this Part when the lessor holds the lessee responsible for maintenance and repairs.
MOTOR VEHICLE
Any type of mechanical device in or by which persons or property may be transported upon the public streets and including trailers pulled thereby.
NUISANCE
Any condition that constitutes a threat or potential threat to the health, safety or general welfare of the citizens of the Borough of Bridgeville or travelling public.
OWNER
The actual owner, agent or custodian of the property on which motor vehicles are stored, whether individual or partnership, association or corporation.
PERSON
A natural person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
A single axle or multiple axle nonself-propelled structure mounted on wheels or otherwise capable of being made mobile for the purpose of travel, recreational and vacation use including, but not limited to, travel trailers, mobile homes, motor homes, tent trailers, boats and boat trailers and horse trailers and self-propelled motor homes or campers.

It shall be unlawful for any person, owner or lessee to park a recreational or motor vehicle or store heavy equipment upon the private property of such person, owner or lessee or upon any public area that obstructs the vision so as to constitute a hazard to the passage of vehicular traffic and/or pedestrians.

It shall be unlawful for any person, owner or lessee to park any vehicle of 19,500 pounds or more upon the private property of such person, owner or lessee or upon any public area in any residential district thereby constituting a nuisance.

This Part shall not apply to the delivery or pick up of goods or building materials or temporary parking required for a construction project for which a valid building permit has been issued.

Any person, owner or lessee shall first be given notice of the alleged violation of this Part and ordered to remove the nuisance immediately before enforcement proceedings are initiated.

Any person, owner or lessee who continues to violate this Part after notice shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and in default of payment to undergo imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Each day that a violation of this part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
