Town of Hudson, NH Chapter 75 Negotiating Team for Labor Contracts

§ 75-1 Membership of Negotiating Team.

The Negotiating Team for all labor contracts shall consist of the following:

A. One Selectman as liaison.

B. The Town Administrator or his/her designee.

C. One department head/supervisor to act as liaison.

D. A professional negotiator who will be the spokesperson for the team.

§ 75-2 Selection of Selectmen liaison.

The Selectmen liaison shall be chosen by the Chairman and ratified by the Selectmen.
