There is hereby established an official system of ultimate rights-of-way in the Township of Towamencin as shown on the map entitled "Ultimate Right-of-Way Map," a part of the Official Map of Towamencin Township, a copy of which is on file and made a part of this chapter. Said map may be examined at the office of the Township Secretary.

Ultimate rights-of-way in the Township of Towamencin shall be as shown on the map unless officially changed by specific ordinance passed subsequent to the adoption of this chapter.
All building setback lines shall be established in relation to these ultimate rights-of-way.
No new streets shall be accepted by the Township nor municipal improvements made therein unless such streets have minimum rights-of-way of at least 50 feet.
