The City Council of the City of Nanticoke hereby appoints the
Nanticoke City Treasurer as the municipal officer authorized to provide
tax certifications upon request by the public and hereby authorizes
said Treasurer to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for
providing such additional service, a fee of $10 on each parcel of
property for which duplicate tax statements are requested and a fee
of $5 on each parcel of property for which tax information is requested,
which fees may, by resolution, be increased from time to time.
