All applicants for new service or additional service at an existing location shall make application at the Borough office and fill in the standard application form.

Upon receipt of the application, the superintendent of the electric department shall investigate the extent of construction required to serve the consumer.

Applications for new or additional street lighting service shall be referred to the Manager, who shall have authority to approve the installation.
