As used in this article, the following words shall have the meanings indicated:
The area embraced in the prolongation of the lateral curblines; or, if none, the lateral building lines of two or more highways which join one another at an angle, whether or not such highway crosses the other.
The standing or waiting on the street, road or highway in the Borough of Edgewater of any vehicle not actually engaged in picking up or discharging passengers or merchandise; provided, however, that this shall not include the exigencies of traffic.
Any street, avenue, boulevard, road, parkway, viaduct or other way shown on a plat heretofore approved pursuant to law or otherwise depicted on the Borough Tax Map,[1] including the pavement, shoulders, gutters, curbs, sidewalks, parking areas and other areas within the street line.
Any wheeled conveyance, whether motor-powered, animal-drawn or self-propelled, and shall include any trailer in tow of any size, kind or description.
