Borough of Edgewater, NJ Article IV Developer Agreements

§ 432-26 Applicability of terms of developer agreements.

Any provision in a developer's agreement containing restrictions on parking on certain public streets or rights-of-way during the course of construction of and development of a property shall be required to be adhered to by operators of motor vehicles and equipment.

§ 432-27 Violations and penalties.

A violation of § 432-26 of this article shall be subject to such fines and penalties as are provided for in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Borough Code.
