The discharge of firearms on any rifle range, skeet range or
pistol range operated as a commercial enterprise within 300 yards
of any dwelling house in the Town of Barkhamsted is hereby prohibited.
Except as provided in C.G.S. § 27-35, the discharge
of firearms on any rifle range, skeet range or pistol range operated
as a commercial enterprise shall be unlawful in said town.
