Pursuant to C.G.S. § 47a-55, as it may be amended
from time to time, the Town Building Inspector is hereby designated
as the authority to exercise jurisdiction in the enforcement of C.G.S.
§ 47a-50 et seq., concurrently with the Board of Health
(Farmington Valley Health District), with all the power and authority
as provided therein.
The provisions of C.G.S. §§ 47a-56 to 47a-56i,
as they may be amended from time to time, concerning the abatement
of nuisances and the appointment of a receiver of rents are also hereby
adopted, and the Town Building Inspector is appointed as the authority
responsible to carry out the provisions of said sections.
