It shall be unlawful for any person to write, print, publish any obscene or indecent writing, picture or print in the Village of Farmingdale, and no person shall deface any post, wall, fence, building or other surface with any obscene or indecent mark, writing, picture or print, under a penalty not exceeding $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for each offense. Any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct. The person violating this article or any part thereof shall be a disorderly person.

This article shall take effect August 20, 1932, or immediately as to any person or firm served with a copy of this article.
