[On the 10th day of June 1997, the Town Board of the Town
of Champlain enacted L.L. No. 4-1997, which said local law provides
for efficient, economic, environmentally safe and legal operation
of the Town of Champlain publicly owned treatment works. A copy of
the local law is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and is available
for examination by the public during regular office hours.]
