It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or keeps any dog
to permit such dog to run at large in violation of the provisions
of the Dog Law of 1982. Any dog running at large in violation of said law shall
be subject to seizure, detention and disposal as provided therein.
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit said
dog to injure any human being by biting, jumping on, knocking down
or attacking said human being.

It shall be unlawful to keep more than four dogs, six months
of age or older, on any premises, regardless of the number of owners;
provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any premises
for which a kennel license has been obtained pursuant to the Dog Law
of 1982.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article,
upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than $100 plus costs or to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90
days, or both. Each day that a violation of this article continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
