Editor's Note: Former Ch. 27, Sewerage Authority, adopted
4-14-1955, as amended, was repealed 8-8-1991 by Ord. No. 91-5.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Clayton in the County
of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, shall participate in this program[1] and the Borough Administrator is hereby directed to issue
a letter of eligibility to any volunteer who meets the criteria set
forth in the statute.
