Borough of Clayton, NJ Article XF Autumn Pasquale Park

§ 89-19.23 Speed limit. [1]

A ten-mile-per-hour speed limit is hereby established for the Autumn Pasquale Park driveway and parking lot area.

§ 89-19.24 Violations and penalties.

Anyone found to have violated this article shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 but not to exceed $500 per offense.

§ 89-19.25 Signage.

The Public Works Department shall install the appropriate signage for the driveway and parking lot area.
