Where local, state or federal law and/or provisions of collective
bargaining agreements necessitate the processing and administrative
handling of requests for special services as a result of special duties
and/or other events and amusements as set forth in General Statutes
§ 7-284, the Finance Director of the City of Milford shall
charge the purchaser of services such reasonable fees as shall cover
the City's administrative costs in connection with the providing
of such special services.
This section shall take effect in accordance with the provisions
of the Charter of the City of Milford and shall retroactively apply
to all service fees established since March 1, 1995.
