§ 83-32 Authority to adopt and repeal rules and regulations.

The Board of Selectmen shall be authorized to adopt and repeal reasonable rules and regulations relative to the matters set forth in this chapter and the keeping and control of animals within the Town, which rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the bylaws of the Town.
