as follows, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle
on any part of a street where a maximum speed limit applies at a higher

The Township hereby enacts and adopts the speed restriction provisions
of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362).
Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the speed
restriction provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

The following intersections are established as stop intersections,
and official stop signs shall be erected (or are satisfied if previously
erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named
street (the intersecting or through street) on the first-named street
(the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that
intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection
on the first-named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each
case, shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) of the
Vehicle Code and shall not proceed into or across the second-named
or intersecting or through street until he has followed all applicable
requirements of that section of the law.

The following intersections are established as multi-way stop intersections,
and official stop signs shall be erected (or ratified if previously
erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the designated
multi-way-traffic controlled intersection. Every driver of a vehicle
approaching the multi-way-traffic controlled intersection shall stop
the vehicle as required by 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3323(a) and (b)
of the Vehicle Code, and shall not proceed into or across the intersection
until the driver has followed all applicable requirements of that
section of the Vehicle Code.

"Watch Children" signs shall be erected in and along Laurel
Lane (Green Hills) from the point of its intersection with Snowdrift
Road (T-568) to its intersection with Meadow Drive (T-878), said signs
to be posted in said area at such locations where it has been determined
that children are usually present and engaged in play activities.

Definition. For the purpose of this Part, the word "truck" shall
mean any truck tractor with an attached trailer having an overall
length of 30 feet or greater.

Pursuant to the results of the Township's engineering and traffic
studies, the Township has concluded that certain roadways are not
designed for truck traffic in that their horizontal alignment, roadway
width and turning radii are not appropriate for trucks; the speed
limit is based on a lower prevailing traffic speed, and truck traffic
will not be compatible with the prevailing type of traffic and prevailing
movements on those particular roadways.

Exemption. Any emergency or rescue vehicle and/or any truck making
a local delivery whereby it is necessary to utilize the roadway in
order to arrive at a destination for a delivery or pickup purposes
is exempted from the restrictions imposed under this Section.
