The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all construction or reconstruction of dwellings or other structures on single lots which are not subject to coverage by the provisions of the regulations established under the Upper Moreland Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 300 of the Upper Moreland Township Code.
All persons constructing or reconstructing dwellings or other structures on single lots which involves excavation, grading or filling of earth or soil shall conform to the requirements of Chapter 175, Grading, and § 300-25, Erosion and Sediment Control of Chapter 300, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Upper Moreland Code.
Any persons who shall violate a provision of this chapter shall be liable to conviction thereon in a summary proceeding and subject to a penalty not exceeding $300 for each and every offense, and whenever such person shall have been notified by the Township Code Enforcement Officer that he is committing such violation, any continuation of such violation after such notification shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine or penalty.
