The Borough of Bellefonte adopted the 1979 Codified Ordinances on December 17, 1979 by Ord. No. 834. The 1979 Codified Ordinances
was supplemented and updated through 2008. Certain ordinances were
excluded from the 1979 Codified Ordinances but are now codified in
the 2012 Borough of Bellefonte Code. This chapter lists the ordinances
originally excluded from the 1979 Codified Ordinances, ordinances
adopted between 2009 and 2012, and legislation adopted following the
publication of the 2012 Borough of Bellefonte Code. [Enabling legislation
which is not general and permanent in nature is considered to be non-Code
material (NCM).]
The following ordinances were originally excluded from the 1979
Codified Ordinances but have been included in the 2012 Code of the
Borough of Bellefonte.
The 1979 Codified Ordinances of Bellefonte was supplemented
through 2008. The following ordinances were adopted after the last
supplement to the 1979 Codified Ordinances and were reviewed for inclusion
in the 2012 Code of the Borough of Bellefonte.
