For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER
Mobile homes and trailer coaches designed for use as living quarters.

(a) 
The owner-operator or lessee-operator of any property used as a trailer park or mobile home park or trailer sales lot in the City shall maintain a registration system of all trailers occupying space in his park. This registration shall contain the following information:
(1) 
The name of the owner and mailing address of the owner.
(2) 
The trade name of the trailer.
(3) 
The length of trailer in feet.
(4) 
The model designation of trailer.
(5) 
The model year of trailer.
(b) 
The registration required in this section shall be made available to authorized officials of the City during regular business hours.
