The directional flow for all vehicular traffic travelling upon
Main Street in Putnam from the intersection of Masicotte Circle to
Route #44 (Front Street) shall be one-way and in a southerly direction.
For purposes of this section, "vehicular traffic" shall mean all traffic
by means of any device suitable for the conveyance, drawing or other
transportation of persons or property.
