Each supervisor of Germany Township elected or appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings or hearings of the board of supervisors, or other meetings authorized by the board of supervisors, said compensation to be in compliance with the statutory limits set forth in 53 P.S. § 65606.
