Township of Germany, PA Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 149-33 General.

A. Germany Township shall, by resolution, establish a fee schedule to defray costs incurred by the Township associated with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.

B. The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all fees, costs, and other expenses incurred by the Township in the submission, review, and decision on SWM site plans and/or other submissions pursuant to this chapter.

§ 149-34 Expenses covered by fees.

The fee(s) may include, but are not limited to, costs for the following:

A. Administrative, clerical, and legal costs.

B. Review of the SWM site plan and reports by the Township and representatives or counselors of the municipality.

C. Attendance at meetings by Germany Township and representatives and counselors of the municipality, as may be necessary.

D. Various inspections (such as during construction and after construction) by Germany Township or its representatives.

E. Any additional work required to enforce any provision(s) regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
