A. 
Germany Township hereby imposes a fee as established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors from time to time per check being returned commencing five days after the effective date of this article.

B. 
By further determination of this Township, this fee shall be set, from time to time, by resolution, in the event the Township determines a need to change from the initially established fee.
C. 
This fee shall be retained by the Tax Collector.

Germany Township hereby imposes a fee as established by the Board of Supervisors by resolution from time to time to be assessed by the Germany Township Tax Collector's Office to any bank, mortgage company, firm or corporation for the issuance of duplicate tax bills.

B. 
By further determination of this Township, this fee shall be set, from time to time, by resolution in the event the Township determines a need to change from the initially established fee.
C. 
This fee shall be retained by the Tax Collector.

Germany Township hereby imposes a service fee as established by the Board of Supervisors by resolution from time to time to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a certification as to the payment status of real estate taxes or a delinquent tax statement from the Germany Township Tax Collectors office.
